We offer classes for children at their school as an extra mural activity.
Yoga, meditation and mindfulness programmes in schools support learners’ mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. Regular practice can improve concentration, emotional regulation, behaviour and stress management, creating a more positive learning environment. By equipping children — our next generation — with lifelong tools for self-awareness, resilience and wellbeing, we help nurture healthier, more balanced individuals for the future.

Hi, I’m Natalie — the founder of Flow Fun Yoga.
I have been practising yoga for over 20 years and continue to grow and learn in my practice every day. Flow Fun Yoga was created in 2021 while I was pregnant with my second baby, inspired by my own journey of motherhood and a deep desire to support children’s wellbeing in a gentle and meaningful way.
As a mom, I understand both the joys of raising children and the challenges they face as they grow. Children experience big emotions, busy minds, and growing bodies — and they need simple, effective tools to help them feel calm, confident, and supported.
This is why I am so passionate about teaching yoga and mindfulness to children.
I completed and passed my children’s yoga teacher training through YogiBearsZA, a recognised children’s yoga training organisation in South Africa, equipping me with the skills to teach age-appropriate, safe and engaging yoga and mindfulness classes.
Through yoga and mindfulness, children learn how to move with awareness, breathe through challenging moments, and feel more connected to their bodies. These practices support emotional regulation, reduce anxiety, build healthy self-esteem, and improve focus and resilience.
All Flow Fun classes are thoughtfully planned for each age group and are always fun, safe, and nurturing — giving parents peace of mind while children develop lifelong skills that support their overall wellbeing.
